Whilst we have comprehensive insurance with Guide Dogs Pet Insurance, had it of not been for GapOnly, we would have had to find over $2500 to pay up front. Instead, we were able to just pay the gap (less than $600) and get Sybbie into her surgery immediately. The remainder of the payment was made directly from our insurance company without even needing to contact them.
